It is also lighter and offers more ankle clearance, ideal for comfortably flying up the hills. Ceramic bearings offer longer wear life, lower resistance and are lighter weight than traditional steel ball bearings. Compatible with BB30 ready frames and SRAM and Truvativ BB30 cranksets.
