Bottecchia EMME2 Team Black Carbon Mat Road Racing Bikes 2012

A new project, totally MADE IN ITALY, designed, prototyped, producted and painted in Italy. The new EMME2 frame has been studied in collaboration with  Acqua&Sapone Caffè Mokambo Professional Team, in order to satisfy the needs of the athletes during the hardest competitions in the world. The essential design of this frame comes from the tests and the experiences of athletes such as Garzelli, Napolitano, Codol and so on. New incredible technologies, both on the tubes production, from aeronautical derivation, and their assembling, which is all handmade. The M46J one way fibres, have an high flexible module, equal to 450 Giga Pascal. Whereas  the break resistance is of 4200 Mega Pascal.This technique permits to obtain the maximum from the materials, in order to reach very low weights and maximum levels of resistance. The rear stay design has been thought to give a big stiffness to the frames structure, so to avoid power dispersions when pushing. The thin section of the rear seat stays assures a high comfort. New and innovative the rear carbon dropout that is integrated with the chain stays, so to create a unique part lighter and more resistant.EMME2 has followed the athletes of the team Acqua&Sapone Caffè Mokambo during the competitions, and it has crossed the finishing line with Stefano Garzelli conquering the green jersey as best climber at 94th Giro d’Italia.
