Road biking is not just popular with the gents, with the explosion in the popularity of road biking many ladies are also discovering the joy and freedom that comes from riding road bikes.
So we have adapted our Juliet female specific concept to ladies road bikes. Not just a pretty paint job, but attention to detail to make the bike fit better.
The starting point is our Ride geometry as a shorter effective top tube suits the build of most women who are longer in the leg than the back in comparison to their male counterparts.
From there we swap the saddles to be ladies specific as that is the key area that differentiates the sexes, and then we tweak to shorter stems and narrower handlebars to take account of the narrower shoulders and shorter reach of the majority of ladies.
Graphically we have not gone mad with pink, as that is the classic blokes designing for ladies trick, the Juliet range are far more subtle than that with more subtle feminine details.
A stylish companion for all of those new female roadies.
