Cyclocross and Touring forks have mounts for Canti lever brakes with newer models featuring Disc mounts. Touring forks will also have mudguards (many cyclocross forks also offer this but not all). Both Touring and cyclocross forks are designed to be tougher than normal road forks so they are able to cope with the extra weight carried on a touring bike and the harsh conditions cyclocross bikes have to deal with.
