Fatbirds.co.uk free delivery option gives you FREE Mainland UK delivery on all orders over £50 please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery and items on back order will be dispatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge.
There is a £4.99 postage charge for all orders under £50 - this is approx a 7 day delivery - see Priority dispatch for a faster service.
Priority dispatch: After placing your order we will dispatch it as soon as possible. If your item is in stock we usually dispatch orders the following day. If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have within two working days. Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible. Priority despatch orders are picked and packed first. If we don't have enough stock to fulfil all orders, stock is allocated to priority despatch orders first. Products we have in stock are sent out straight away with other items placed on back order for despatch later. You will get your products as quickly as possible without waiting for the other items to come into stock. You will only pay once, even if we dispatch your order in multiple consignments.
Priority dispatch is typically 1-3 days depending on the item and your location.
There is a £5 charge for all items that are not bikes and a £10 charge for bikes and frames with priority dispatch
For custom builds please select the FREE postage as we need a few days to build and pack the bike.

Smaller items are sent first class signed for which delivery time is usually a next day service, someone will need to sign for the order upon delivery, if no one is home a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery.
Larger orders and bikes are sent by courier on next day delivery with priority dispatch and free delivery items via a 3- 4 day service. You will receive details of the delivery on the evening it leaves us and your order will be traceable online the following morning.
Again someone needs to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is home a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery.
If no contact is made the package will be returned to us and you will be subject to a charge for redelivery.
When using the bike builder we will notify you of expected delivery dates via email, this is because we need time to build the bike up for you.
We will notify you of any delays in your order as soon as we can.
