Design
In designing the Pioneer, our first aim was to create a bike that had as little as possible that could go wrong: so no hydraulic cables, no derailleurs and no front suspension. Simple, yes, but we haven’t skimped on the materials. We’ve combined a heavy-duty, paint-free Titanium frame with a Titanium seat post and bullet-proof Schwalbe Balloon Tires for comfort. And it comes with the integrated 14-gear Rohloff system (like having 27-MTB gears) for one-handed shifting through the entire range, whilst stationary or pedalling.
Material
Full 3Al/2.5V Ti construction using aerospace-grade, cold-worked, tapered and size-specific and multi-shaped tubing with CNC machined detailing. Available in 48, 52, 55, 58cm & Tailormade.
